Sales Consultant
Opulent Africa is a specialist luxury safari tour operator providing the very highest quality tailor-made safaris to a growing worldwide client base. If you have a passion for travel and are well organised with an attention to detail and customer service, come and talk to us.
The successful candidate will be working in a small sales team alongside the Sales Director and the ability to deliver excellent service is vital. Whilst knowledge of African travel would be an advantage it is not a requirement as full product training will be provided.
The role will involve direct discussion with clients by telephone and email; itinerary planning and costing; the ability to convert sales and maintain a strong relationship with the client. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and a confident approach to work is essential.

Trainee Travel Sales Administrator
An opportunity has arisen to join a small dynamic travel company specialising in Safaris in Africa.
The candidate will be required to support our sales team by emailing our suppliers in Africa, putting together itineraries in Microsoft Publisher which have been designed by our Sales team and occasionally telephoning suppliers and clients.
This position requires someone who is proficient in Microsoft Outlook with a working knowledge of Word and Excel. An understanding of publisher is desired but not essential as training will be given.
The successful candidate will be confident on the telephone, with a good ability to use the above computer packages.
Our offices are in Holcot, Northamptonshire so own transport is required. Hours of work will be 10am – 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the possibility of the position becoming fulltime in the near future.
