John Harvey
John is one of the founders of Opulent Africa and is responsible for creating the magnificent safaris for our clients. Having spent three years living in Tanzania and successfully setting up and running a PADI Dive Centre the opportunity to visit East Africa’s finest game viewing reserves was irresistible and the damage was done...
Nicola Russell
Nicola was born on the Isle of Wight in the southern most reaches of England and remembers being first introduced to Africa by her Grandfather who set out from the Isle of Wight for Kenya in the 1970’s. On his return many stories were told of sightings of lion, elephant and cheetah, no doubt some of the on-foot encounters were the equivalent to fisherman’s tales but the seed was sown.
After touring the world with a Formula One motorsport team and being responsible for the team’s logistics Nicola settled in Northamptonshire and together with her business partner John formulated Opulent Africa and the rest as they say is history.
